Tariffs, clearance fee
1.EMS international express delivery price.
2.EMS express service is not available to certain countries including: the Netherlands, Chile, Barbados, Ecuador, Guatemala.
3.All duties and VAT payable in the destination country are the responsibility of the receiver. Collection procedures may vary from country to country. EMS will not be liable for any goods returned due to due to non payment of duties. Duties are charged on the declared value of the goods at different rates, please contact your local customs office to find out the exact charges and rates in your country. Higher declared values may lead to higher VAT and duty charges.
Compensation
1.If part of the parcel is missing or damaged, compensation is paid according to the degree of the loss or damage, freight charges are not within the scope of compensation.
2.The final compensation amount paid shall be at the discression of the Postal service.

Goods declaration
1.The recipient´s name and address should be completed in English;
2.Customers should fill out all details on the EMS customs declaration form including item description, quantity, weight and declared value;
3.Customers should sign the EMS customs declaration form using their Chinese name;
4.EMS return program is: one the return of parcel to shenzhen, then returned to the sending Courier company who will process it according to customer ID and instructions
Packing requirements
Please note that packing should be in good condition and not easy damaged, In addition to address label on the outside plese try not to have any other logo, for fragile parcels it is to have a fragile symbol on the outside of the packaging, position the address label in a central position on the parcel, please package your parcels properly to avoid damage in transit.-digoexpress
